BIFF jury praises the INSO Documentary
INSO Documentary Feature at Baghdad International Film Festival When the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra Features documentary participated in the Baghdad International Film Festival last year in its 5th edition, it received wonderful feedback from the audience who attended the screening. An Unforgettable Moment Also, some of the pioneer Iraqi filmmakers along with other reporters have shown great interest in the film’s rich information, presenting the history of Iraq since the early 1940s from the perspective of the Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Ammar AlAwadi (BIFF co-founder with Taher Alwan) praised the INSO documentary film and shared his thoughts regarding its rich historical content: “Your film is so valuable… and worth making a seminar to discuss it.” His valued words serve as another award for the film. The Maestro of the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Abdul Razzak Al-Azawi, was present at the screening and added his positive feedback for the film in which he participated.
